Well… I went off the rails a bit on day 10ish and decided I would eat meet but not diary as I believed that too be the cause of my lethargic bloating…
It isn’t, I ate some tuna & chicken in this time and the feeling came straight back.
Also ate some goats cheese and it came back… coincide or not??? Who knows…
I am back on Vegan 100% today – went to the lovely Freedom Organics for dinner to make me realise how good vegan food can be!
I am going to try and keep at it and see were the journey takes me.
